Who is responsible for billing the customer, hosting, and technical support— PCFOCUS or the partner?
PCFOCUS Website Design offers two solutions, depending on your needs:

1. Fully Branded Solution.
You handle all aspects of your customer’s needs.  All services are through your company and you handle all billing & support.  You sell your client a website option, assign them a Project Manager (your assigned PCFOCUS Project Manager) and we handle the rest under your company’s name.  You follow the project along with the client, see our pricing structure and collect the fees.  You will then be billed at 20% less of the entire project.  Best of all – you have a new client.

2. Referral Partnership
We offer complete turnkey services for your Web design solution. We will handle all billing, and technical support while you earn the hosting revenue and setup fees, and see your customer base grow. You simply tell your clients that you have partnered with PCFOCUS and then refer them to your partnership page on our site.  You receive a 15% referral fee on the project upon completion along with the hosting contract.

What happens to my client after I turn them over to PCFOCUS ?
Our mission is to handle your clients with the personal and professional care you would yourself.  Our approach is to gain an understanding of their business or personal goals first.  With their own Project Manager assigned to their site development, their needs are met personally.
